Ever since our primary school days in our small coastal village, we had endless ideas & plans of starting a business together.. and now, 30 years on, the time has come for us to combine our individual catering & hospitality experiences to pursue our catering dream 💫

Joy

"Catering and hospitality started out as a weekend job for me as teenager - Never did I imagine it would develop into full time career - but as the years went on, and my experience grew, so did my passion.
I realised a lot of 'Joy' comes from serving others and providing yummy food for my guests. Coming from my most recent position as a chef on a residential activity centre, based on the blackwater, I specialise in cooking for large numbers, taking special care and attention to any individual dietary requirements."

"Having chefs in my family, I have grown up experimenting with exotic foods and unique flavours. I travelled from my late teens until my early 20's and worked in hospitality worldwide which helped me gain a lot of knowledge and experience in the industry. I discovered a real passion for Asian cuisine whilst cheffing for private yachts in Singapore & acquiring new skills during my travels in South East Asia. I often had to create menu's and cater for a wide range of guests, as well as corporate meetings which has given me the confidence in producing creative, tasty dishes whilst ensuring a high quality service." 

One of our most memorable catering experiences was a private party where we curated a custom menu using local ingredients to cater to the client's specific needs. The event was a huge success, and the guests were delighted with the culinary delights we provided. We have already been booked for their next event 🥂
